As a central point of contact, you will work closely with all internal teams to ensure an efficient and accurate flow of information to and from your customers. With your help, their day-to-day dealings with the company will run smoothly, from sample requests to order management to stock updates.
To excel in this role, you should have experience in a customer-facing role and bring strong organisation and communication skills to the company. Organised and proactive, you can multi-task and prioritise with ease in this fast-paced, busy environment.
