This is an exciting opportunity to join an established, independent manufacturing facility as it enters an exciting phase of expansion and growth.
As Site General Manager, you will head up the overall operation of all manufacturing, commercial and operational functions, including safety, quality, production, supply chain and engineering. Your careful, commercially-focused management will drive operational efficiencies that yield impressive improvements in margins, results and standards.
Reporting to the company’s Finance & Operations Director, you will proactively develop a modern manufacturing environment with a collaborative, inclusive style. You will ensure all staff receive the training, guidance and instruction they need to perform at their very best, while instilling a focus on continuous improvement in all areas.
To be considered for this role, you need to have experience in a similar Operations or Senior Management role, ideally within a small to medium-sized manufacturing site. Specific knowledge of wet goods manufacturing is a strong advantage.
