Working with the world’s best perfumery talent, you will help to grow the company’s technical perfumery expertise as they work to deliver the next generation of beauty, personal care and wellness products.
This is a unique opportunity to optimize the performance, cost, sustainability, and compliance of the company’s fragrance portfolio, collaborating with upstream Science & Technology teams to deliver their innovations. You will play a key role in establishing and managing an in-house fragrance compounding lab.
With your stellar track record in technical perfumery, you have hands-on experience of optimizing commercially successful fragrances, using precise measurements to maximize cost performance of fragrance oils, and knowledge of raw materials.
You are a true problem-solver, able to motivate and lead yourself and your colleagues to achieve breakthrough results.
Candidate requirements:
Relevant Science education; BSc Chemistry or above
Perfumery school qualification, or on-the-job training plus extensive experience
Demonstrable success as a Perfumer for consumer goods, delivering technical performance
Experience in fragrance application for skincare, haircare, bath and body and personal care
Experience of working with and managing cross-functional, global teams
Desire to bring the science of sustainability to the art of perfumery
